M.M.LaFleur is redefining the work-life balance dress code—and the new way to dress is called Power Casual.
Whether you are heading into the office, working from home, running after little ones, or taking your dog on a walk, Power Casual is all about being polished, yet comfortable. It’s put-together, but relaxed.
And so, I’m excited to share my curated Power Casual 10×10 capsule!

If you’ve seen my 10×10 challenges, you know how this works: I share 10 pieces and show you how to style them 10 different ways. I love these 10x10s, because they really show the versatility of the pieces and demonstrate how creative you can get with just a few staples.
From an elevated crewneck to M.M.’s best-selling pant (with adjustable hems), here are my 10 go-to pieces—with 10 days of outfits.
Outfit #1
A T-shirt is my personal go-to for building an outfit, and that’s why I love the Choe top. It’s made from a stretchy and structured material called 365Knit, so it’s comfortable yet sharp and the perfect work-appropriate version of a T-shirt. You’ll find I used the Choe top (in black and white) as a base staple for most of these outfits.

Outfit #2
I will never tire of a light neutral outfit, and this one will definitely be on repeat all spring.

Outfit #3
Flattering, high-stretch, wrinkle-resistant, machine-washable, AND has pockets?! This is *the* ultimate LBD.

The Etsuko dress.
Outfit #4
This look easily works for the office, weekend, WFH—you name it. Dress it up by wearing the Foster pants full-length (they have adjustable-hems!) and styling with pumps, or dress it down by cropping the pants and wearing sneakers (like I did!).

Outfit #5
The Hyo jacket is like your classic blazer meets your casual weekend jacket. This jacket can be layered with just about any outfit, including something as easy as the one-and-done Etsuko dress.

Outfit #6
Another versatile layering piece, the Merritt jardigan can also be dressed up or down. Here, I’ve dressed the look up by styling it with heels, but you can easily dress this look down by cropping the pants and styling with flats or sneakers for a casual-chic look.

Outfit #7
You can’t go wrong with a monochrome look—especially an all-black look. For an all-day-comfort outfit, I layered the Choe top and Foster pant with a chic cardigan and flats.

Outfit #8
Switch up the look of the Etsuko dress by layering on the Merritt for a color-blocked, business-formal ensemble.

Outfit #9
The Scotte jacket is crafted from luxurious silk, and I love how elegant it is. Wear this spring staple as a lightweight jacket or blouse.

Outfit #10
Accessories help complete any look. Here, I threw on a belt to add a chic touch to the outfit and accentuate the waist.
