Inside Our Dreamy Dinner Party in Philadelphia

To celebrate the opening of our new Philadelphia store, we hosted a delightful dinner party with a truly remarkable group of women. The guests did not disappoint, and neither did their outfits: Attendees arrived positively decked out in M.M., and the energy was electric from moment one. After light bites and drinks in our beautiful store space, co-hosts Sarah LaFleur (our founder and CEO) and Hitha Palpu led the group over to Her Place Supper Club for a private dinner from Chef Amanda Shulman. Sarah kicked things off with a toast, then Amy Kay did a reading of her viral poem Four Friends Catch Up Over Pasta. Conversation, wine, and food were plentiful—we discussed everything from travel and career changes to the importance of having a community by your side. At the end of the evening, we were reluctant to part, but thrilled to leave with bags of duck-fat chex mix prepared by the Her Place team.
